She too closed her eyes, placing both her hand on Baki's shoulders. Maigo waited a few seconds more than normal before pulling back, knowing that she hadn't felt this way before and wanted to savor the moment. "That's better.." she said softly, looking at him for a few moments. All was completely silent except for the distant rumble of the tanks farther into town. Maigo fell back onto the bed, still slightly fatigued from the military assault from earlier. "Well.." she sighed. "Better make ourselves comfy...it's not like we'll be able to walk out of this place anytime soon." her tone of voice was soft and tender, mostly from the fatigue but also somewhat by just the atmosphere that had been set. The tanks were probably searching the town for them as well as some infantry, it would be suicide to walk back out there anyway.

he laided down next to her only his spiders were able to defend them while they slept it was peaceful a blisful moment when baki nuzzled his cheek on her's. not a sound was made and he rested his eyes on her's favoring the idea not to rush things as he kissed her cheek gentley and fell softley to sleep oin her shoulder.

Maigo opened one eye to look out the window that was now being overshadowed with the outlines of the military tanks and infantry passing by just a few feet away, probably carrying out their orders to patrol the area to look for the culprits of the warehouse disaster though to Maigo, the rumble of the tanks were still very soft in her mind. One of the many good things about not being required to sleep was not only that you could be fully aware of your surroundings and take action if you needed to, but take a good amount of time out to think about things...anything that might have been bothering you or maybe something happy or strange. She was hoping that none of the troops would decide to take a look inside an old abandoned hotel, but if one--or two did, she would be prepared to take them out...

Well, if the spiders wouldn't have already of taken care of him, anyway.

Time passed slowly, but somewhat pleasantly, and the light given by the sun outside was now turning a soft orange color...Stubborn troops haven't given up their search yet.. Maigo thought to herself since the rumble of the tanks as well as the occasional aircraft dragged on. She unconsciously was moving fingers through Baki's hair while she was in this deep thought. Must've tired himself out...he's looks so exhausted.. but even with this thought, she smiled.

meanwhile baki was dreaming, in his dreams there we thousands upon thousands of humans and only himslef and maigo could fight them the troopers fell easily while baki and maigo used their skills to plant combonations on diffrent squads slaughtering them beatifully. such sweet dreams. baki opened his eyelida slightley feeling maigo's fingers running through his hair with a gentle touch he was relaxed and he didnt want this moment to stop. he closed hs eyes and awaited until the sun was almost out of sigt hearing the heavy rumble of machinary outside and the marching of boots only feet away senseing nothing in the hotel besides himself,maigo, and the thousands of spiders he commands willing to die for him in a moments notice."as soon as the sun sets" he thought "its go time" he thought smileing his teeth machting his white hair.

The sun had now turned into a deep shade of vermillion, half of the sun peaking over the horizon while the other half greeted the other side of the world. The spiders were still sleeping in their webs.

Maigo turned her head back to look at Baki and, thinking she saw his eyelids twitch somewhat, moved her face closer to his ear with a mild smirk. "You're enjoying this aren't you..?" she whispered. Baki's face looked completely relaxed but she could tell he also looked content.

baki opened one eyelid "you bet i am" he said grinning he got up of the bed streching his arms out "so whens the next date?" he asked coyley

Maigo yawned, but energetically got off the bed after him. "That's my line...but.." she looked at him for another few seconds and fought the urge to show more physical affection. She thought it might be...just a little too much right now, even for her. "..It's whenever you want it to be. You can find me almost anywhere.." her smirk faded and turned into a soft smile. "So, I can safely assume that if I see a mushroom cloud forming over a random part of the town I'm in, you're in the area?"

"pretty much" he said almost saddened it has to end so soon " and im gussing if i hear men crying,a bloudcloud over a city and tank roaming around im guessing thats you too" he said replying to the mushroom cloud joke earlier " can we at least spen another night togther without killing of mindless humans but to ourselves?" baki asked with a sincere look in his eyes

The deep shade of vermillion the sun had been casting down on Boston had gradually been growing weaker, a gentle glow of navy blue slowly working it's way across the sky was beginning to take it's place though to her it seemed to drag on ever so slowly.


"Yeah.." she murmured. Maigo herself almost could barely hear her own words. The rumble of the tanks had practically faded...they had probably focused their search to some other part of Boston. "I'd like that." she said. And without herself knowing, Maigo had once again leaned forward to Baki and had her head resting on his chest. "A night without the annoying sound of tanks passing through would be a little nice...and without the thought of having half the military after you."

baki noticed the blue outside was turning close to black he didnt want maigo to see it for fear that she''ll leave baki pressed his lips on hers blushing while doing so she would notice the change he had one hand on her neck and the other one on the back of her head baki lusted for her but pinned the emotions inside for now."too soon" baki thought but he kept his lips on hers licking the inside of her mouth ocassionally.

Maigo was too overwhelmed by a wave of indescribable emotions and taken by surprise to say anything or move at all. It took her a few moments to gather the strength to move her hand up to the back of Baki's head, but her previous thought of "laying low on the physical affection" didn't have much use now. This is... ... ... oddly ...nice..? though at the moment she couldn't even think straight. Wrapping her other arm half-way around him, she gently pulled Baki even closer to herself.

Maigo wasn't used to this feeling, but it felt "right".. And anything that feels "right" is good..right?

If she let this moment pass, she might never get another opportunity like this again.

baki wanted more he couldnt control himself baki moved his way down to her neck gentley licking and sucking without biteing which he was so use to doing. "on the neck shows affection right?" he thought it didnt matter he never met a vampire like himself before he became the crusader of the night. " i think i love her" baki thought not knowing what the word ment but heard it when he chopped the hand of a man and stabbed him with his sword useing his dying breath to say that to his wife before he passed away before baki killed her too.baki got a idea a idea too sinister to put into words but whispered in her ear the sinfully delicious idea " i want more" baki whispered his hand around her his lust now driving baki to put his hand on her chest softley.

Maigo simply stood there, still slightly taken aback by the abrupt kiss from earlier and was, once again, unable to move. The look in his eyes told her that he obviously meant something of it, but with her being caught somewhat off-guard, a puzzled expression was on her face. Maigo's hand had slid down from the back of his head to the back of his neck, but her other still remained on his shoulder. She was at a loss of words.

218 long years...yet I still act like I'm new to these types of things. Well...I am...it was awkward...being a Vampire with a human. I just wanted him as a nice, refreshing drink.. Maigo took a deep breath. I've never been in this situation before..

She slightly tightened her grip on Baki's shoulder as though to attempt to reduce the rather uncomfortable feeling of puzzlement and uneasiness she was experiencing.

Words failed to come out verbally, but she tried her best to show Baki that she was DEFINITELY NOT feeling so confused...

That would be painfully unappealing.

baki covered himself and her with the white sheets that were on the bed and gave in to his feelings........
